Do these challenges lead to conflicts around chores, routines, and family responsibilities?

Do you sometimes complain that your co-parent is "like another child?"

Does your partner feel "parented" or "controlled" by you?

Does anger and reactivity compromise your family's sense of calm and enjoyment?

Could you use help resolving conflicts around parental responsibilities?

There are many positive elements to adult ADHD, including creativity, spontaneity, playfulness, and child-like enthusiasm.

However, challenges with impulsivity, organization, and distractibility can create ongoing tension and resentment between parents.

A non-ADHD parent may feel they're doing more than their fair share, leading to anger, judgment, criticism, and resentment.

And the parent with ADHD symptoms may experience ongoing frustration at feeling "managed" or "controlled".

Resentments may build on all sides, with children suffering from parental tension and arguments.

In this Master Class, parents will learn how to end the parent-child dynamic between parents, set healthy boundaries and expectations, and manage household responsibilities as a team.

A strong parenting partnership can provide children with a secure base from which to grow and explore their world.

If you and/or your parenting partner has ADHD, don't miss this chance to learn practical, powerful strategies from Melissa Orlov, one of the leading experts in the field of ADHD and marriage.

I hope you'll join us!
