How To Create Secure Attachment

Becoming A Coherent Parent
with
Susan Stiffelman, MFT and Dr. Dan Siegel

Class Preview:

Join Susan Stiffelman, MFT and Dan Siegel, MD for a deep dive into breaking free of intergenerational patterns to create deeper bonds of closeness with your children and teens

Was your childhood characterized by a lack of emotional attunement, inconsistent connection, or trauma?

Do strong emotions get triggered in you when your child is defiant, upset
or misbehaving?

Do unresolved issues from your past limit your ability to show up for your kids with presence, patience, and open-heartedness?

A coherent parent is someone who understands themselves deeply and has worked to resolve past wounds.

They can cultivate healthy, secure relationships with their children based on empathy, authenticity and responsiveness.

It is the work of a lifetime, providing us with healing, while letting us offer our children a healthier start in life.
